We closely follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics. This includes the appropriate use of antibiotics and other medicines as well as administration of vaccines. For this reason we do not prescribe antibiotics without seeing your children first. We are aware of the current public opinion blaming vaccines for numerous health problems in children. The fact remains that there is no credible evidence linking any illness to vaccines.

The most important thing that you can do for your child, to ensure that they will grow up to be happy healthy adults, is to vaccinate them on the recommended schedule. We are more than happy to discuss any concerns that you may have about the vaccines. We want to work with you as a team and feel very strongly that giving vaccinations in a timely fashion is one of the most important medical interventions that we provide to keep your child healthy.
